These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In case of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

By clicking "Accept" during registration, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of the game. This agreement governs the relationship between you (the Player) and the Company and applies when you participate in any game offered through the System, via mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or computers.

Your use of the services confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be legally bound by them.

1. How to Play

Via USSD / Web:

To participate, dial *420# or visit www.quickbox.co.ke.

You will be prompted to select one box number out of six generated boxes. The box you select may either result in a win or a loss.

2. How to Deposit & Withdraw Money

Depositing:

  • Make a minimum payment of Ksh 50 via M-Pesa STK push.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive your ticket via SMS.
  • Only Safaricom’s M-PESA is supported.
  • You are fully responsible for any Mobile Money transaction used to purchase an entry.

Withdrawing:

  • Dial *420#, then select Option 7 (Withdraw).
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS and an M-Pesa message upon successful withdrawal.

3. Rules of Entry

  1. You must be a Kenyan Citizen above 18+ years of age.
  2. Ticket values must be between Ksh 50 and Ksh 2,000.
  3. Tickets can only be purchased through the System.
  4. A ticket is valid only when recorded on the System.
  5. If technical issues prevent immediate ticket issuance after payment, your ticket will be issued for the next available draw.
  6. Prizes are only awarded for valid, compliant tickets.
  7. The System reserves the right to refuse entries or limit the number of tickets without explanation.

4. Eligibility Restrictions

You are not eligible to play if you are:

  • Under the age of 18.
  • An employee, director, contractor, or subcontractor of the System.
  • A family or household member of any of the above.
  • A person with a suspended, restricted, or terminated account.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your ticket number and identification information secure.
  • Verify that your ticket details and draw date are accurate.
  • Claim your prize (if applicable) promptly.
  • 20% withholding tax and any other tax stipulated by KRA will be deducted and remitted to the Kenya Revenue Authority.

6. Claiming Your Prize

  1. Prizes can only be claimed by account holders with winning tickets.
  2. SMS confirmations or interactive slips are not valid proof of a win.
  3. To claim a prize in person, notify the System within 7 days of the draw, provide your ID and ticket details, and visit the office located at Mountain Mall, third floor at Thika Road Nairobi to complete the Prize Claim Form.

  • Awareness: Players are encouraged to play responsibly and in moderation.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints: Should be addressed to Dumu Kenya Ltd within a reasonable period.
  • Resolution: The company commits to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Force Majeure: Dumu Kenya Ltd is not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, service outages).
  • Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

11. Amendments

  • Changes: Dumu Kenya Ltd may update these terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated through official platforms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. All disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
